Respiratory Therapist – Hudson, FL

Schedule: Full-Time, Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Position Type: Full Time Permanent

Sign-On Bonus: $10K (Days)/ $20K (Nights)

Relocation: Available

Compensation & Incentives:

• Pay Range: $27.09 – $37.92/hr
• Night Differential: $4.50/hr
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate acute care ventilators for short- and long-term mechanical ventilation
• Administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in hospital systems
• Work independently in the absence of a Team Leader
• Ensure proper setup and administration of respiratory treatments

Qualifications:

• 1 year of Respiratory Therapist experience required
• Completion of a Respiratory Care program (Associate’s required, bachelor’s preferred)
• Active Florida Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) License
• BLS (AHA) required
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP required within 6 months of hire
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting
