Assistant Project Manager - Retail Construction

The Assistant Project Manager supports all phases of construction projects, assisting with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation to help ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery. The APM works closely with project teams, clients, and trade partners while helping maintain compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements. Description Manage all stages of construction projects to deliver them on time and within budget. Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor key milestones and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Keep detailed project documentation, including budgets and schedules. Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams.
