Travel RN – NICU

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level II–III NICU setting with patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, and occasionally 1:4
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including HFOV, conventional ventilators, CPAP, and NIPPV
• Perform and assist with procedures including respiratory support, MicroPreemie care, ostomy care, and central line management
• Document patient care accurately using CPN and Meditech EMR systems
• Participate in surgical support cases (excluding heads and hearts)
• Float to the nursery as needed and fulfill weekend shift requirements (4 shifts per 4-week schedule)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 1 year of NICU experience
• Level II–III NICU experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Ability to work night shifts and meet weekend scheduling requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level III–IV NICU experience strongly preferred
• Team-oriented approach with strong collaborative communication skills
