Title: Checker, Cleanroom Tech (Quality Assurance), M-F Days Location: USA – Fishkill, 60 Merritt Blvd, Suite 105 Division: Solutions Time Type: Full Time Position Summary The Cleanroom Tech Checker is responsible for the inspection of incoming and outgoing parts required for use by the customer and used in the maintenance of the customer’s machinery. This position assists the customer quality team in identifying parts that may be irregular or classified as Dead on Arrival (DOA). Works from diagrams, written and verbal descriptions as provided by the customer for conduct of inspections. Ensures part integrity and completeness through the maintenance of a tracking file. Irregularities will be documented, corrective actions taken as directed or escalated to the Quality support team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the activities of the Quality Control function to ensure achievement of company and client Key Element objectives. Evaluate data obtained through SAP to determine correctness and completeness of parts. Gather and record data through a shared portal which provides information to the quality support team for guidance and decision making. Review data generated in support of the Quality Assurance program; prepare reports and summaries based on data. Keep up to date on overall activities of the DC, identifying problem areas and presenting data to support position. Assist to ensure that quality system requirements are maintained. Responsible for various reports including tracking and trending. Use SAP, Excel and SharePoint to systemically investigate issues and follow up on previously identified issues. Perform Hold and Release transactions. Understand ESD processes and act accordingly. Ability to read simple technical drawings. Meticulous with a sense of quality and attention to detail. Able to work autonomously and self‑independent. Compliance and quality control. Support other areas as required. Impact of Decisions – Ensures that network operations comply with federal, state, local, and/or company policies and regulations. Other Duties Performs other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities None Minimum Required Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Ability to handle basic statistical control methods. Must have prior Inventory experience. Current or prior experience with Quality Management System. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations: None. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Computer Skills – Must possess excellent computer skills, not limited to MS Office, Windows, or Visio. Language Skills – English (reading, writing, verbal). Mathematical Skills – Basic to intermediate level. Other – Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance; Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast‑paced work environment; Current or prior experience with Quality Management system. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment. Previous experience working with Internal Audits, Document Control, and Corrective Action plans. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate. Compensation For this position, the expected base pay rate is $22.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
