Salary range: $70,000–$90,000 annually
Bring your technical expertise and leadership to the business of keeping games running. Ferris Music is seeking an Amusement and Arcade Service Manager to lead our technicians and oversee the repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of amusement, arcade, and vending equipment.
In this hands-on role, you will help solve challenging equipment problems, organize daily service work, and coach technicians to deliver dependable repairs and responsive customer service. Your work will directly influence equipment reliability and the experience of the customers who depend on us.
What You Will Do
Lead daily service operations, assigning work and coordinating repairs, installations, and maintenance priorities.
Supervise, coach, and develop technicians; reinforce safe work practices, accountability, and quality workmanship.
Diagnose and repair electronic and electro-mechanical equipment, and help technicians resolve complex or recurring problems.
Build and maintain preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Coordinate equipment installations and verify that equipment is functioning properly before returning it to service.
Manage parts, tools, and repair inventory so technicians have what they need to complete service work.
Communicate with customers and internal teams about service needs, repair progress, and issue resolution.
Maintain service records, review equipment performance, and recommend improvements to procedures, repairs, or equipment.
What You Bring
Experience servicing amusement, arcade, or vending equipment, with responsibility for coordinating technical work or managing service operations.
Strong hands-on electronics repair, electro-mechanical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead technicians, explain repair processes, and support team development.
Sound judgment when prioritizing service requests, organizing parts and tools, and resolving customer concerns.
Clear communication, reliable follow-through, and a commitment to safe, dependable service.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical certifications or training in electronics or mechanical maintenance, and experience improving maintenance programs or service procedures.
