Lead Pediatric Occupational Therapist MMG Speech & Therapeutic Services, LLC | Lakewood, WA | Full-Time MMG Speech & Therapeutic Services is a well-established, therapist-owned pediatric clinic in Lakewood, Washington seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys mentoring others, shaping clinical programs, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture while maintaining a clinical caseload. The Lead OT will play an important role in supporting the growth of our OT team while working alongside Speech-Language Pathologists and other professionals to provide comprehensive, client-centered care. At MMG, therapists are able to focus on what matters most — therapy and clinical care. Our dedicated administrative team manages scheduling, billing, authorizations, and most parent coordination so therapists can concentrate on treatment and outcomes. What Makes MMG Different? Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License Current CPR Certification Ability to pass background screening Ideal Candidate Pediatric OT experience or pediatric fieldwork experience, at least 2 years strongly preferred Interest in mentorship or leadership Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or complex developmental needs Strong communication and collaboration skills Organized and able to manage a clinical schedule efficiently Positive, team-oriented professional attitude Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Flexible schedule with predetermined consistent hours Paid sick leave Paid time off Paid holidays CEU reimbursement Retirement plan with employer matching Additional benefits negotiable including relocation assistance Join Our Team!
