As a key member of our community management team, you'll oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, coordinate repairs, prepare apartment homes for new residents, and ensure our property remains in excellent condition. What You'll Do

As our Maintenance Manager, you will:

• Oversee the maintenance operations of the community and ensure property standards are maintained.
• Turn vacant apartment homes efficiently to prepare for new move-ins.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and perform timely repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, drywall, and carpentry-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain swimming pool and hot tub operations.
• Conduct daily inspections of buildings, common areas, and grounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment that aligns with company goals.

What We're Looking For

✅ 2+ years of property maintenance, facilities maintenance, or apartment maintenance experience

✅ Strong knowledge of:

• HVAC systems
• Plumbing
• Electrical repairs
• Appliance troubleshooting
• Drywall repair
• Carpentry

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

✅ Strong communication and customer service skills

✅ High School Diploma or GED required

✅ Authorized to work in the United States
