Your Role in Our Team

In this position, you'll do more than address physical limitations - you'll help restore routines, boost confidence, and rekindle joy in everyday life. Guiding stroke survivors through fine motor skills recovery or assisting orthopedic patients in reclaiming mobility post-surgery, you'll draw upon your skills to deliver compassionate, individualized care that nurtures both resilience and independence.

This environment is far removed from impersonal checklists; here, every patient has a story, and each therapy session is a pivotal chapter in their rehabilitation journey. You will partner closely with other therapists, medical professionals, and social workers to create therapeutic plans that reflect the unique needs of each individual.

Why You Will Cherish Your Team and the Local Community

Here, we've cultivated a unique culture that fosters support and camaraderie among our rehabilitation team. We thrive on encouragement, knowledge sharing, and celebrating every success, regardless of size. You'll discover a workplace where your input matters, your development is prioritized, and your influence is evident each day.

And let's not forget the setting: Oxnard, California, where breathtaking coastal views meet a vibrant, engaged community. Gone are the gray, crowded cityscapes - here, you'll find sun-soaked beaches perfect for weekend relaxation, lush parks and gardens ready for exploration, and towns rich with history and culture.

The community is alive with artistic expression, culinary delights, and endless outdoor activities. Enjoy fresh seafood from coastal restaurants, visit farmer's markets, or stroll along art-filled pathways. While we accommodate busy professionals and families, we maintain a laid-back pace that encourages enjoyment of life's simple pleasures.

Your Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek someone who views occupational therapy as a calling rather than merely a profession. A person who feels joy when witnessing a patient achieve a new milestone, whether that is regaining mobility or expressing a thought they had previously struggled to communicate.

If you're a seasoned OTR/L or a newly minted therapist with a fresh certification, you'll thrive in our compassionate environment by bringing your heart, determination, and willingness to learn. If you envision a career that harmoniously intertwines high-quality care with a fulfilling lifestyle and community, your journey begins here.

If you're ready to advance professionally, give back, and immerse yourself in a caring community, we are excited to welcome you aboard.
