North Village LLC is a growing company in need of a detail-oriented and organized Office or Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a data entry operator, you will be responsible for inputting information into our company database with precision and accuracy. This position can be performed either in-office or remotely, providing flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a daily basis
• Review data for errors, completeness, and accuracy, making corrections as necessary
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Organize and maintain electronic files and documents
• Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the company by identifying and suggesting process improvements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
• Fast typing skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines under pressure

Working Conditions:

This position can be performed either in-office or remotely, depending on the candidate's preference and qualifications. Our office environment is fast-paced and professional, with a supportive and collaborative team dynamic. For remote work, the successful candidate must have a reliable internet connection and be able to work independently, while staying connected with the team virtually.
