BartenderThe Pablo Center at the Confluence is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, artistic environment. You will be responsible for creating and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience during their visit to the center.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.Manage the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization, including stocking and cleaning glassware, tools, and equipment.Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.Process payments and handle cash transactions, ensuring accurate charges and balance at the end of the shift.Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding alcohol service, ensuring responsible service at all times.Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the bar and overall customer satisfaction.Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and restocking as needed.Assist in creating seasonal or event-specific drink menus that align with the Pablo Center's events and audience.Participate in training programs to stay current with industry trends, products, and customer service standards.Why Join Us?At the Pablo Center, you'll be part of a creative, collaborative environment that hosts a wide range of events—from performances and exhibitions to community gatherings.
