Warehouse Specialist

The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of manufactured panels, parts, and accessories. This role includes performing weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts, as well as entering data using the MS Office platform. You will report directly to the department manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipping and receiving process of manufactured goods.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts.
• Perform data entry using MS Office.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle for inventory management.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking.
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing and production environment.
• Proficiency with RF scanners.
• Strong inventory management experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Oracle systems.
• Forklift operation certification is preferred.

Work Environment

The position is based in a warehouse environment where you will be required to stand, squat, lift, and bend, performing manual labor approximately 80% of the time. The remaining 20% of your time will be spent operating a forklift. The warehouse features very narrow lanes and is climate controlled.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
