About the Position

We’ve recently expanded our fleet with a large number of new 2026 trucks, offering drivers modern, well-equipped equipment. As part of a family-oriented group of companies, we’re committed to integrity, second chances, and putting people before profits. We deliver stable dry van freight, reliable modern equipment, and strong earning potential for safety-focused CDL-A drivers.

Company Driver (W-2)

Competitive Pay : Up to 56 CPM (based on experience) with consistent weekly mileage of 2,700–3,300 miles.
Freight : 70% drop-and-hook with 70% contracted/customer freight.
Home Time : Flexible tiered schedule that rewards longer runs — 14 days out / 2 days home, scaling up to 12 weeks out / 10 days home.
Running Area : All 48 states — no forced dispatch to NYC.
Equipment : 2020–2026 Kenworths, Freightliners, and Internationals equipped with APUs, refrigerators, and ELD tablets. Governed at a comfortable 70 mph.
Additional Pay : Breakdown/Layover ($100/day after first 24 hours), Detention ($15/hour after 2–3 hours), and Stop Pay.
Benefits : Health, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance (available the 1st of the month following hire). PTO offered.

Lease Purchase Owner Operator (1099) – MTE Leasing Highlights

High Earnings Potential : Keep 80% of gross per load, with top performers earning up to $300,000 annually.
Low Entry Cost : Flexible payment plans with 0% interest options (no credit check).
Fleet : Late-model 2020–2025 Kenworths, Freightliners, and Internationals, with new 2026 units being added regularly.
Bonuses & Perks : $500 bonus 30 days post-hire, $500 bonus every 10,000 loaded miles, plus safety inspection bonuses, Love’s fuel/parts/maintenance/tire discounts.
Freedom & Support : Be your own boss with flexible home time. Operate under Sweet Express authority with weekly settlements and full back-office support (plates, IFTA, etc. at cost).

Requirements

Must have 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers (Class A)
Must have a valid CDL-A
Must have a valid DOT medical card
SAP Applicants must be completed with Step 5 of the RTD process
Must be able to pass a road test
Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
