Position Overview Seeking a customer service representative to work in a State Farm Agent office. The role focuses on building customer relationships and providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service for insurance inquiries and related tasks. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service may include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
