REGISTERED NURSE - SURGERY - PT DAYS

Job Summary: The perioperative nurse will function in the role of the circulating nurse and may function in the scrub role in the operating room. Follows policy and procedures for cleaning, disinfecting and sterilization of scopes and instruments.17. Follows policy and procedure for environmental cleaning and housekeeping.Education Requirements and Other Requirements:Education Level: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Certification/Licensure: Illinois licensed or eligible. CPR certification required. ACLS preferred or must be completed within one year.
