• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring and assessment
• Respond to emergencies with composure and professionalism

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (with specified acquisition timelines)
• Education: Associate's, Diploma, or Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
• Less than 1 year of experience with direct patient care preferred
• Proficient in English with strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments
