About the Role We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide individualized, in‑home therapy for pediatric patients throughout San Antonio. You'll collaborate with licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to help children reach developmental milestones through engaging, therapeutic care. Scheduling Options Part‑Time: 12-24 visits/week Full‑Time: 25+ visits/week Daytime and after‑school hours available We work around your availability—daytime and after‑school visits are both needed! Key Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Assist in assessing functional abilities using standardized and non‑standardized tools. Educate families on home programs, adaptive strategies, and daily routines. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to care coordination.
