Architectural Drafting & Permitting Coordinator
Location: Lake Worth Beach
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $22–$30/hr (Based on Experience)

We are a busy window, door & garage door company looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. This position combines architectural plan review, permitting, project coordination, and technical documentation for residential construction projects.
Whether you have experience with drafting, construction, administrative coordination, or simply enjoy solving problems and working with technical information, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Review architectural and construction drawings
- Prepare and submit permit application packages
- Coordinate with city and county building departments
- Track permit approvals and project timelines
- Assist with drawing revisions and document management
- Research local building codes and permit requirements
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and municipal officials
- Maintain organized digital project records
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
- Experience with construction, permitting, drafting, CAD, architecture, engineering, or project coordination is a plus, but not required
