Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/per hour, based on experience and education Part-Time Start: Positions begin part-time with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week required Path to Full-Time: Opportunity to expand into full-time hours depending on center needs and your availability Additional Pay Incentives +$2/hour for weekend shifts +$5/hour for company-observed holidays Schedule Needs: Monday-Friday between the hours of 3:00pm – 7:00pm Now Hiring In: Cities Targeting-Santa Maria, Guadalupe, Nipomo and Orcutt We aim to match you with clients near your home and we offer mileage reimbursement if your client is over 20 miles away. Who We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow Reliable transportation Your Role: Making a Lasting Impact As a Behavior Interventionist , you’ll do more than provide care you’ll empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive . Your key responsibilities include: 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more). Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life. Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress. Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps. Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential. Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes. Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
