Why Work on the Headspace Network Monthly Home Office Allowance 401(k) with 1% match 12‑month Headspace Subscription —access to extensive content for yourself and your members Daily Meditations offered with Eve Flexibility —create your own schedule and hours Malpractice Insurance coverage Learning and Connection opportunities, including free CE courses Responsibilities Offer a minimum of 5 sessions per week, with the ability to flex additional sessions if desired Night and weekend availability is a plus Subject to business discretion, be available to add additional hours during peak demand Provide high‑quality, innovative tele‑therapy to Headspace patients via a HIPAA‑compliant video conferencing platform Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of each session Maintain a personalized database to record proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, personal information, etc. Keep your availability calendar up to date Stay in regular communication with clinical leadership, responding to emails in a timely fashion Collaborate with a care team that includes health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists and external care providers Be willing and motivated to become licensed in other states as needed What You Will Bring Willingness and confidence to integrate cutting‑edge technology into all aspects of care Clinical competence in evidence‑based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, etc.) and measurement‑based care Commitment to providing culturally responsive care Knowledge of current research to integrate into practice Comfort and confidence with technology—including various applications, tech tools, Google web‑apps, video conferencing and EMR—tech‑savviness is a must Licensed psychologist or master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or another relevant credential Must be licensed in California and reside in California Education / Experience An independent clinically licensed LMFT, LCSW, LICSW or LPCC in good standing (no clinical supervision required) Licensure in multiple states is highly valued BC‑TMH credential, if required by your state of license 3+ years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to individuals, couples or families Compensation and Benefits The Part‑Time W2 Therapist role is paid on an hourly basis, with a minimum requirement of 5 offered sessions per week and the opportunity to flex and add additional hours when desired. The base hourly rate ranges from $75–$80 per hour. The exact rate is determined by factors such as skills, scope of practice, licensure, certifications and relevant experience. The Part‑Time package also includes a monthly wellness/connectivity stipend, retirement savings match, malpractice insurance, and additional benefits.
