Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education. Summary of Client's Description of This Opportunity Create, update, and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, ensuring goals align with academic standards and student needs. Monitor and assess student progress to adjust instructional strategies. Modify and differentiate lesson plans and activities to meet the needs of students with diverse learning abilities, using various instructional strategies. Work closely with general education teachers to integrate special education students into mainstream classrooms and provide support in inclusive settings. Use effective behavioral management techniques to support students with emotional and behavioral challenges and promote a positive learning environment. Regularly assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure student success in meeting educational goals.
