We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician who is dedicated to delivering excellent patient care while working in a supportive and efficient clinical environment.

This role is ideal for a physician who values both meaningful patient relationships and clinical productivity . Our established patient base allows providers to step into a full schedule immediately, while our team-based environment ensures you are supported in delivering high-quality care.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform routine physical exams, preventative care, and minor procedures
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Review and interpret lab results and diagnostic tests
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Adhere to all clinic policies, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active (or eligible) Texas medical license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy clinical setting
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

We offer a compensation model that reflects both the impact of your work and the efficiency of our clinic environment .

• Base salary with monthly production bonus
• Total compensation typically ranging from $280,000 to $320,000+ annually , depending on productivity
• Established patient volume averaging approximately 30 patients per day , allowing for consistent earning potential

Schedule and Work-Life Balance:

• Monday through Friday schedule
• No weekend hours
• Rotating Fridays off among providers, creating regular extended weekends
