Contract | Mid Shift (1:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient condition, response to treatment, and progress
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact eligibility
• Prior Emergency Room nursing experience required — new graduates are not eligible for this position
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work mid-shift hours (1:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS and/or TNCC certification
• Experience in a high-volume or trauma emergency department
• Strong critical thinking and triage assessment skills
