A pay differential for any hours worked Monday- Friday from 6:00PM to close as well as a differential for all weekend shifts.Generous Benefits: Enjoy full-time hours and back-to-back days off, and access to medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k)-retirement plan.Team Environment: Join a supportive and collaborative workplace where you'll always have help available and be part of a close-knit team.What You'll Do:The Service Agent Leader is responsible for detailing the interior and exterior of vehicles including cleaning, washing, vacuuming, removing trash, filling the gas tank, checking fluid levels, as well as completing inventory and ensuring reservations are met.Inspecting clean cars, assigning scores, and requesting additional cleanings as needed. The position will also check for automotive damage, ensure cars are operational and drive and park vehicles on the lot as needed. The Service Agent Leader will function as a resource for addressing the questions and concerns of other service agents and ensuring team members comply with company policies and procedures.What We're Looking For:Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.At least one year of supervisory or related experienceWillingness to cover shifts for colleagues who are on vacation or taking PTO.High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to confidently drive multiple types of civilian vehicles. As a note: all our vehicles have backup cameras.Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions and with moderate noise level.Ability to comfortably move in and out of a car without complications.Punctuality and professionalism.Bob Neuenschwander started his journey with Avis Rent a Car in Columbia, Missouri, before opening his first store in Springfield as an Agency Operator.
