Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CT Technologist to perform computed tomography imaging in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role requires independence, technical proficiency, and certification in CT to provide quality imaging services.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Philips CT equipment independently, ensuring high-quality imaging without supervision.
• Prepare and position patients appropriately for CT scans, adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain equipment functionality and perform routine quality checks.
• Follow safety guidelines and patient care standards during procedures.
• Document procedures, patient information, and technical details accurately.
• Assist with venipuncture and contrast administration as needed.

Qualifications:

• Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with R.T. (R)(CT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) credentials.
• Possess at least 2 years of CT imaging experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Philips CT systems and operate independently.
• Hold a valid RT license in the state of practice.
• BLS or equivalent certification from an approved vendor.
• Venipuncture certification is preferred, especially in CA and OR.
