Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health needs, designing personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure cohesive and holistic care plans tailored to each client's unique needs, actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing your expertise to navigate challenging situations with sensitivity and compassion.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals of different ages, ethnic backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n
