This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in both personal training and group fitness instruction , and loves building genuine relationships with clients while helping them grow stronger and more confident. As a Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor , you’ll lead motivating FitCamp classes, coach one-on-one training sessions, and create an encouraging environment that keeps clients engaged, challenged, and supported. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity based on performance, availability, and business needs. What You’ll Do Lead high-energy group FitCamp workouts Coach one-on-one personal training sessions Create tailored programs that support client goals and fitness levels Build strong relationships that promote accountability, consistency, and results Encourage and motivate clients through every stage of their fitness journey Help create a positive, team-driven culture inside the studio What We’re Looking For Certified Personal Trainer (CPT or equivalent) Strong communication and people skills Positive energy with a people-first mindset A passion for helping others build confidence through fitness Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience in both personal training and group fitness CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain Ability to coach clients at different fitness levels Perks & Pay $24-$42/hour based on experience and expertise Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth, leadership, and continued development Access to a strong team culture and a top-notch training environment Complimentary FitCamp membership for your household $1,000 signing bonus available, subject to employment terms and payout qualifications discussed during the interview process Outlaw FitCamp is more than a gym - it’s a community.
