Responsible for providing technical and clinical support to the Imaging department. Operates X-ray equipment for diagnostic and/or therapeutic purposes.
Monday – Friday 4/10 hour shifts 7am – 530 pm with 1-2 possible late shifts a week.
Flexible call schedule (roughly 8 per month) varies with rotation.
•Knowledge of EPIC software
•Familiar with PACS archiving
•Knowledge of Hybrid Siemens equipment/Advanced Vascular features & Troubleshooting (Pheno/Zeego)
•Knowledge of Siemens Portable C-arm functions to include digital subtraction, road mapping, measurements etc.
•Familiar with Vascular supplies to include balloons, diagnostic catheters, wires, sheaths etc.
•Multitasking abilities

Additional Job Description
Education: Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology
Work Experience:
At least two years of modality specific work experience required.
Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.

For every 100 additional pounds, assistance will be required from another healthcare worker. 20 lbs. of force is needed to push a 400 lb. patient in a wheelchair on carpet. 25 lbs. of force is required to push a stretcher with a patient with one hand. Ability to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected, in one eye or with both eyes. (Continuous) Ability to see and recognize objects close at hand or at a distance. (Continuous) Ability to match or discriminate between colors. (Continuous) Ability to determine distance/relationship between objects; depth perception. (Continuous) Good peripheral vision capabilities. (Continuous) Ability to maintain hearing acuity, with correction.
