This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations by:

• Performing preventative maintenance and repairs across building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshooting and fixing plumbing issues (leaks, fixtures, piping).
• Handling basic electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting, minor wiring).
• Completing drywall repairs, patching, and painting to keep the facility looking its best.
• Supporting carpentry and light fabrication projects.
• Assisting with installation and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
• Responding quickly to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Partnering with vendors and contractors when needed.

You'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of facilities maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, basic electrical systems, drywall repair, and painting.
• Basic fabrication skills (cutting, assembling, modifying materials).
• General knowledge of tools, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to work flexible hours if needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HVAC systems (troubleshooting or light maintenance).
• Forklift or equipment operation experience (if applicable).
• Familiarity with Maximo or maintenance tracking systems.

This is a Day shift opportunity Monday Friday; 7:00am 3:30pm.

The base pay for this position is $20.85 $41.75 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
