No mileage, housing, per diem, or relocation coverage.What You Will Do:Perform moderately complex cable builds and repairs for Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) cablePerform high voltage testing of ESP cablePerform splicing to ESP cablePerform repairs to ESP cablePerform spooling of ESP cableAble to complete required testing documentationMinimum Qualifications:Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical equipmentBasic computer skills with programs like Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to read and write EnglishAccuracy and attention to detailInteract politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkersAbility to work under general supervision and follow safety processesEffectively present information and respond to questionsIntermediate verbal and written communication skillsAction-oriented for delivering resultsCustomer-first mindsetSuccessful planning, priority setting, informing, results, and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsImmigration sponsorship not offered for this rolePreferred / Strongly Valued:Basic electrical background due to safety critical nature of the workForklift experienceMechanical aptitude (automotive, diesel, shop or mechanical background could translate well)Strong safety mindset; role is safety sensitive with strict standardsExperience:1 year of experience installing, repairing, Electrical Submersible Pump cable preferred (not required)Candidates with general mechanical or electrical aptitude, or similar cable experience, can be trainedPhysical Demands and Job Conditions:High hand dexterity for splicing and cable manipulation.
