FMS Management Analyst
The Opportunity:
- 3+ years of experience with program management or operations in a Defense or Navy program management office
- Experience using Micro sof t Office programs, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail, be flexible, be proactive, be adaptable to changing client priorities, and manage and prioritize workload with minimal supervision
- Ability to collaborate across multiple client organizations, partner nation organizations, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience tracking FMS cases through the develop ment and execution process
- Experience working with foreign stakeholders
- Experience leveraging generative AI to streamline processes
- Experience managing program risks, issues, and opportunities
- Experience with MS Project, MS Visio, Power BI, or Power Apps
- Knowledge of the Defense Security Assistance Management System ( DSAMS ) , Management Information System International Logistics ( MISIL ) , Security Cooperation Information Portal ( SCIP ) , Information Warehouse ( IW ) , or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) system
- Knowledge of finan cia l analysis or cost analysis
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
