You will ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations while providing expert final verification of prescriptions for accuracy and safety. The role includes supervision of pharmacy staff, maintaining workflow efficiency, and upholding quality standards consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform final accuracy checks on prescriptions, verifying safety and appropriateness.
• Supervise pharmacy team members to optimize workflow and maintain high quality service.
• Maintain all PIC-required documentation including controlled substance records, licensing, and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active Kansas Pharmacist License required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
• PIC or management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Schedule:

• Day Shift, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
