As our Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing an exceptional experience for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing appointment scheduling and client communications.
• Answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our services.
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate client and patient records.
• Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Creating a welcoming and organized front desk environment.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members.
• A friendly, professional demeanor and a genuine love for animals.
• Bilingual abilities (a plus!) to better serve our diverse community.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
