Recruiter

Manpower is seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Hackensack, NJ

Pay Range: $22-23per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday (40 hours)

What's the Job?

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach

• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Prepare and present qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers

• Support offer process, background checks, and onboarding activities

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.

• Experience as a recruiter

• Bilingual recruiter (English and Spanish)
