Payroll Tech Leader — UKG & Strategy Lead

Eaton

Eaton is seeking a Payroll Technology Leader to own the vision, roadmap, and investments for Payroll, Time & Labor solutions including UKG. You will partner with HR, Finance, and IT to deliver secure, scalable systems that drive business value. You will lead a team of product owners and analysts, govern budgets, and manage vendor relationships to align technology with strategic goals.
