Schedule Night Shift: 7:00pm – 7:30am. May consider afternoon or mid shifts and weekend program. Must work every 4th weekend and three holidays. Pay Range $38.20 – $57.30 per hour. Qualifications Completion of an accredited nursing program. Registered Nurse license from the state in which you practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association within 6months. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6months. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6months. Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) within 12months. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process. Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence-based practice and clinical decision making. Communicate compassionately with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and improve the patient experience across the continuum. Location Aurora Medical Center - Grafton is a 132-bed facility with a modern 29 patient rooms and 2 triage rooms. The hospital offers private patient rooms, family areas, and will add a new patient tower in 2027.
