Loader Operator

Responsibilities Move and load vehicles using company‑provided front‑end loaders or forklifts. Maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility. Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and record associated documentation for the assigned machine. Maintain a safe work environment and follow company guidelines for safe loader operation. Operate company equipment safely and assist with equipment and vehicle maintenance. Record vehicle information accurately and legibly using digital camera or other documentation/tracking devices. Set up the yard for auctions within company timelines. Provide service to customers as needed while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Follow yard guidelines to maintain a safe working environment (e.g., speed limits). Load and unload vehicles as required and pass all training and safety requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience HS diploma or GED preferred. At least two years of work experience, preferably in an outdoor environment. One year of loader or forklift experience; certification preferred. Excellent customer service attitude and skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude and high integrity. Ability to operate heavy equipment. Multitasking ability in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Occasional overtime as needed. Bilingual skills a plus. Pay: $18.70 - $21.05 per hour.
