Transcriptionist (Remote | Part-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Transcriptionist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

Listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe them into written documents.

Review and proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.

Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Organize and manage digital files and documentation.

Communicate with team members regarding transcription assignments as needed.

Qualifications

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent English grammar, spelling, and written communication skills.

Strong typing and computer skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Previous transcription, administrative, clerical, or data entry experience is a plus but not required.
