Location: Greater Baton Rouge, LA Pay Range: $110,000 - $145,000 *Rotating Schedule

What's the Job?

• Own overall site execution, ensuring the project moves with pace and accountability.
• Align schedule, field leadership, subcontractor performance, material readiness, and issue escalation across the site.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, including safety, quality, logistics, and trade partner coordination.
• Drive planning, decision-making, escalation, and recovery actions to keep the project on track.
• Build and maintain site leadership alignment, ensuring disciplined field operating rhythms and proactive issue resolution.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in schedule-driven construction execution and site management.
• Ability to lead both self-perform work and subcontracted scope with clear expectations.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Experience managing trade partners, vendors, and supporting trade partners effectively.
• Knowledge of managing environments with schedule pressure, trade coordination, documentation, and turnover processes.
