Digital Banking Operations Specialist - Online & Payments

ConnectOne Bancorp, Inc. is looking for a Digital Operations Specialist to support the suite of online banking products. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of digital payment capabilities, strong client service skills, and familiarity with platforms like Zelle. Responsibilities include supporting online banking products and ensuring an excellent client experience. A preferred undergraduate degree and prior banking experience are bonus points for the role.
