Role Description We are seeking a product manager to spearhead the strategy and execution of our AI‑native products, focusing on deep technology, exceptional design, and business strategy. Responsibilities Own the AI Product Vision & Strategy: define the "what" and the "why" for our AI roadmap, create a compelling strategy for building a category-defining, intelligent product. Define and Ship Autonomous Agents: be the driving force behind our agentic systems, specify agents’ goals, behaviors, and success metrics for automating complex workflows like market analysis, supplier engagement, and user onboarding. Master the Data Landscape: lead research to identify, evaluate, and prioritize critical data sources—market data, pricing feeds, chemical specifications—to support our models. Champion an Exceptional User Experience: own the end‑to‑end user experience, ensuring products are functional, visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful to use. Drive Business Outcomes: define and track key metrics, ensuring your work results in high‑revenue generation, strong product‑market fit, and exceptional customer retention. Lead the End‑to‑End Product Lifecycle: manage ideation, user research, technical specification, launch, iteration, and post‑launch analysis in an agile environment. Experience & Qualifications Shipped AI‑native products: proven track record of building on modern AI architectures (e.g., RAG, agentic frameworks) from concept to launch and iteration. Product ownership with P&L impact: owned a product’s P&L or key growth metrics, linking decisions to significant business impact. Deep, practical knowledge of agentic systems: built or defined products using autonomous agents to automate complex, multi‑step tasks. Exceptional design eye: portfolio of products with outstanding visual design and intuitive UX; can articulate and defend design decisions. Hands‑on technical investigation: experience digging into technical domains, evaluating data quality, and partnering with engineers on architecture decisions. Relentlessly detail‑oriented: meticulous attention to detail from data source edge cases to interface pixels and error messages. Salary Range Salary ranges are determined by multiple factors, including market compensation bands, internal parity, and budget considerations.
