Job Title: Office Manager Location: Toms River, NJ Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist in purchasing of materials, equipment, and supplies for construction projects
- Obtain competitive pricing and negotiate with vendors
- Prepare and track purchase orders
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Assist with job costing and project documentation
- Type proposals and manage office operations
- Coordinate with team members and vendors
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Previous experience in office management or related role
- Experience in purchasing
- Knowledge of construction materials and vendors
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
