DepartmentLevelEntry LevelLocationManilaJob Description:Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop ad hoc analyses or reports and communicate insights to business teams.Capture high-level and detailed requirements through interviews with other departments and collaborate on reporting and data-related projects.Provide support to users Business Intelligence reporting infrastructure and assist users in finding the right information.Develop new and update existing reports.Drive the standardization of data metrics by leveraging data- and business process knowledge.Be a liaison between Shopee PH and Business Intelligence technical engineers to ensure proper definition of requirements.Determine opportunities for automation using different technologies.Learn and develop new processes to improve reporting tools and systems.Manage and maintain Service Level Agreements of different third-party companies.Requirements:Educational Background & Certifications RequirementBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related quantitative fieldExperience RequirementFresh Graduates Up to 3 years work experience focused on Financial Operations preferably in ecommerce, telecommunication, digital financial service or retail business and relevant work experience in data analysis.Experience in ecommerce payments systems will be an advantageWith advanced Google Platforms, Microsoft Excel and Presto SQL, Spark SQL skills (Python and DataSuite is very much considered)Familiarity with Javascript, Appscript , CSS and any Business Intelligence Platforms.Detail-oriented and has proven project management skills.Knowledge and SkillsAbility to negotiate with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholdersExcellent written and communication skillsOpen to flexible arrangements during campaign/peak seasons #J-18808-Ljbffr
