Salesforce Education Cloud Specialist

Job Summary:

The Salesforce Education Cloud Modernization role in Georgia involves leading and supporting the modernization efforts of the Salesforce Education Cloud platform. The position focuses on enhancing cloud capabilities to better serve educational institutions through improved technology solutions and integrations. Responsibilities:

• Lead the modernization of Salesforce Education Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based education solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of cloud applications.
• Document processes, configurations, and customizations for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Education Cloud or similar Salesforce products.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and development tools.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
• Experience with cloud modernization projects and integration techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Education Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

• May require occasional collaboration across different time zones.
• Adherence to data security and privacy policies specific to educational institutions.
• Potential for on-call support during critical deployment phases.

• Standard business hours with flexibility for project deadlines.
