Grüns is hiring a Senior Manager, Retention and Lifecycle to own our lifecycle program end to end across email, SMS, and other channels. You will move us from manual campaigns to an always-on, AI-driven testing engine, with hands-on work on personalization and data enrichment. You'll lead an offshore production team, scale our one-to-one messaging, and drive cross-functional collaboration with ecommerce, CX, data, and paid media. #J-18808-Ljbffr Grüns
