We're looking for a designer who can quickly understand a client's culture, brand personality, and business challenges, then bring that understanding to life through compelling visual storytelling.

 

While proposals and presentations are at the heart of what we do, our work extends far beyond them. Our designers create everything from strategic multi-page proposal documents and interactive digital proposal experiences to executive presentations, branding, packaging, wearables, event and expo graphics, banners, posters, and sales collateral. No two projects are the same, making this an ideal role for a designer who thrives on variety, adaptability, and creative problem-solving.

What You'll Do:

• Design strategic multi-page print and digital proposals, executive presentations, and client-facing materials that help win and retain business.

• Create compelling visual solutions across digital, print, and environmental mediums, including branding, packaging, event graphics, banners, wearables, and marketing collateral.

• Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories that demonstrate a deep understanding of each client's unique culture and brand.

• Adapt your design style to reflect diverse client personalities, industries, and audiences.

• Partner with sales, strategy, and creative teams to develop customized experiences that resonate with clients and drive results.

• Balance multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality, creativity, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with strong expertise in Adobe InDesign.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).

• Strong presentation design skills in PowerPoint.

• Exceptional typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling abilities.

• Experience designing long-form, multi-page documents and managing complex content hierarchies.

• Ability to flex across various brand identities while maintaining design excellence.

• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and strategic thinking.

• A flexible creative who loves delivering both fast-paced and reasonable-tempo deliverables
