This position is responsible for oversight of orienting, evaluating, educating, training and supervising Home Care CNAs to enhance each of our members quality of life in providing dignity and respect in full recognition of resident-centered care./pullistrongLead Training Development:/strong Create and deliver engaging orientation programs, quarterly in-services, and ongoing education for Home Care CNAs./lilistrongSupervise Mentor:/strong Provide hands-on guidance, performance evaluations, and coaching to maintain high standards of care./lilistrongEnsure Quality Compliance:/strong Monitor documentation, licensure, and adherence to North Carolina Home Care regulations./lilistrongProvide Direct Care When Needed:/strong Step in for medication management and nursing care to support members./lilistrongChampion Best Practices:/strong Audit charting weekly, maintain meticulous records, and foster a culture of accountability./lilistrongCollaborate Across Teams:/strong Work closely with the Director of Home Care and participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 RN availability./lilistrongEngage Families Members:/strong Offer education, counseling, and reassurance to enhance the member experience./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliLicensed RN in NC or compact state; CPR/BLS certified./lili2+ years of RN experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role./liliStrong knowledge of nursing principles and NC Home Care regulations./liliExcellent communication and public speaking skills for group education./liliProficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable creating training materials./liliA collaborative leader who thrives in a resident-focused, hospitality-driven environment./li/ulpIf youre an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, wed love to get to know you!/ppDrug-free workplace./ppEEO E-verify employer./pp#sponsor/p/div
