Substitute Teacher

Job Description Must be 21 years old. A substitute teacher is expected to provide planned instruction to students as outlined by a licensed teacher or administrator. A wide variety of tasks are performed to ensure a quality teaching and learning environment for all students. A substitute teacher must be very flexible and have strong skills in using superior judgment when making decision. He/she must have superior verbal and written communication skills. The school principal and/or his/her designee will monitor the work performed by the substitute teacher. Teachers will provide feedback to administration on the work performed by a substitute teacher when a class is covered.
