Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the appropriate body.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of (or eligibility for) an active Florida medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
