Class Action Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Class Action Litigation Associate for its Seattle, WA office. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to defending employers in a variety of employment-related legal matters. Duties Handle defense of agency charges of discrimination and employment-related lawsuits, including wage and hour class/collective actions. Advise and train employers on employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws. Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration on employment matters. Requirements Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. 3+ years of experience in class action litigation defense work. Admitted to the Washington Bar and in good standing. Strong desire for early courtroom exposure. Understanding of current agency enforcement techniques. Skills Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational and project management skills.
