Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and interventions, as well as to provide supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases. Job Summary At Achieving Stars Therapy, the BCBA will conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs, monitor and analyze client progress through data collection, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers.
